I love to surround my life with magic. I came across this very cool magical looking key holder today on Think Geek. Right now its currently sold out, but I’d love to pick one of these up. Is it too early to start making a Christmas wishlist? I think not!

If you search on youtube there’s a bunch of ice cream street vendors doing this same sort of teasing with their customers.
EDIT: More! This one is really funny

One of my friends posted this picture the other day on her Facebook account. That has to be one of the coolest cakes I’ve ever seen before, besides those crazy cake-sculptures they do on TLC’s “Cake Wars”.

Mmm…. delicious cake. (Via)

Well, Derren Brown is just crazy. Here’s a vlog post he made after his last episode of “The Events” aired– In the best Stewie voice he could muster. (Stewie is the baby from the cartoon Family Guy…)

Thank you Darren for the awesome picture! We were both working at the CIBC Grand Opening last weekend where he took a few pictures of me. He sent me this great picture over Facebook. See more of his work at www.HullPhotographic.com

Will Derren’s ambitious final event, in which he stakes a member of the public’s money on a casino roulette wheel, see him win £175,000 for one viewer? After successfully predicting the lottery, Derren plays lady luck again, taking an unsuspecting viewer on a heart-stopping journey as they watch him gamble £5,000 of their savings on the single spin of a roulette wheel. The lucky (or unlucky) viewer won’t even know it’s their cash until Derren calls them.

For all the tweens who love magic… here’s Justin Kredible aka Armando from Disney’s Suite Life on Deck.

On Sunday I performed at the RDCO Kokanee Salmon Festival. They really nailed the “Festival Atmosphere” with tons of stations and entertainment for everyone. Here are a few photo’s from my performance.
On Sunday September 20th I will be performing at the RDCO’s Kokanee Salmon Festival at Mission Creek Park. I will be there from 1:00-3:00 PM performing Mingling Magic.
You have two opportunities this weekend to celebrate the return of the Kokanee salmon to area creeks!
Bring the whole family out and take part in the free Kokanee Salmon Festivals in Mission Creek and Hardy Falls Regional Parks on Sunday, September 20th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Regional District of Central Okanagan and City of Kelowna are teaming up for the event in Mission Creek Regional Park, Springfield and Durnin Roads. There will be interpretive programs where you can see and learn more about the land-locked Kokanee salmon in and around the spawning channel. There will be ‘fishy’ displays and activities for you to participate in or you can sit back and enjoy the musical entertainment throughout the day. New this year is the Salmon Story Telling Tent, a large, inflatable, interactive tent where you can hear native legends narrated about the salmon.
At Hardy Falls Regional Park (Hardy Road off Highway 97 south in Peachland) join the Regional District, Roger W. Cyr and Associates and the Peachland Sportsmens Association for the Kokanee Salmon Festival. Interpretive tours will be available as the salmon return to Peachland (Deep) Creek to spawn. You’ll also find ‘fishy’ activities for the family, a colouring contest and a BBQ by donation or contribution of a non-perishable food item for the Peachland Food Bank.
Don’t miss these fun-filled, fish focused events!
