I’ve seen the below video in various forms, check it out.
I’m a huge fan of Banachek and his work. The man is brilliant and he really lives his material that he performs. Below is an impromptu interview that a guy named Matt did with Banachek after a show which I can only guess was at a college.

Apparently Banachek no longer works as a consultant on Criss Angel’s Mindfreak, which I never knew. There’s a few people talking about it on the comments to that video as well.
I found this over at Matthew’s blog. Here’s a video below of some Korean’s doing a routine that they took from Penn and Teller. Check out the Korean version first, then Penn and Tellers.
Penn and Teller version:
Check out what Penn had to say about it on his blog.
Here’s a neat video of how different people from around the world count cash:

Here’s a video of how magicians count cash! (I Like this way better):
Clip Aired on December 29, 2007.
Funny stuff.
Here’s an interesting magic theme music video. I’m not sure if I like the song or not, but the imagery is neat anyways.
I made a post earlier today about Penn and Teller and a few of their online clips. I was going to search for some clips of Teller speaking, but I ended up getting sidetracked and working on something else. Anyways, on the Ellusionist blog they posted a video of Teller explaining the psychology of magic.
I remember reading an article about this presentation about a year ago on reddit.com I thought, but I can’t seem to find it now. Anyways, it’s much better to see the video of it anyways.
I also found some other videos of Teller speaking as well.
Here’s a clip of Teller speaking in a deleted scene from “Fantasticks”
I’ve always been a fan of Penn and Teller’s magic, and recently on YouTube I found a couple clips I had never seen before. Check em out, they might be new to you too.
I find it amazing that James Randi is still out there debunking Uri Geller. In an age where anybody can go online, spend some money, and learn “the secret” to bending metal. Uri has explained countless times over and over again that he does what he does for entertainment. Sure, he claims he’s legit, but, the reason he does that is to add to his performance. This is nothing more than the rest of the performers who appeared on “Phenomenon”.
I guess if you know that Uri Geller isn’t “legitimate” then he becomes a joy to watch.
A video post over at Tim Ellis’ blog inspired me to post a collection of quick change artist videos. According to wikipedia a quick change artist is “a performance style in which a performer or magician changes quickly within seconds from one costume into another costume in front of the audience.”
First off here is the famous David and Dania performing their act on America’s Got Talent!
The next is Sos & Victoria as they perform the world record for number of changes.
I tried looking for other ones too, but those are the best ones I could find. If you search on youtube you can find a few more as well.
For your enjoyment here are all three David Blaine parody video’s:
